The knives of this series have a blade and collar that is forged as one piece and feature internal welding in the handle for added strength.
Global knives are made from the finest Cromova 18 stainless steel, ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-58 degrees which holds a razor sharp edge longer and resists rust, stains and corrosion.
