Kai Shun Premier Large Santoku Knife

The Kai Shun Premier range of knives are sharp, strong, corrosion resistant, and attractive, with their hand hammered Tsuchime finish.

Large Santoku knife size: Blade 19.5cm, Handle 12cm

The Kai Sun Premier range has a core made with VG-10 steel with a hardness of 61 +/- 1 HRC, making the blade extremely durable and very sharp. The 32 layer damask steel is corrosion resistant and has been hand hammered, a surface known in Japan as Tsuchime. The Premier range is crafted by Japanese Master forgers from Seki City, and have a symmetrical laminated Walnut handle, which can be used by both right and left handed people.
