Consumers protection and withdrawal right

All our products are covered by warranty,
for any fault or vice concerning the product itself; you must signal it by email within ten days
after the delivery. In this case, it will be Lorenzi Cutler’s care to replace the product at our
own expense.
The following regulations are valid, about the withdrawal from the contract in accordance
with the prevision of Art. 5 of the Legislative Decree May 22 1999, n. 185, which allows to
send back the product, upon notice within the term of 10 days after the delivery of the product,
by email to
info@o-lorenzi.it or
by letter or fax to the specified addresses in the website, obtaining the substitution with
another item or the refund of the equivalent sum. In this case the shipping charges are at
expense of the customer.
The withdrawal right is applied only to entire goods at the moment of the return. |
